I teach Vinyasa flows that are both energising and grounding – combining strength, stretch, and breath to help you feel more balanced and in tune with yourself. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can release tension, build confidence, and feel truly present in your body and mind.

I’m also a nutrition advisor, here to support you on your journey to better health and well-being. Whether you’re looking to improve your overall lifestyle, manage your weight, boost your athletic performance, or navigate specific health challenges like PCOS, endometriosis, or inflammation – I offer personalised, compassionate guidance rooted in care and understanding.
